You will find Haribo Gold Bears, jelly babies, cola bottles, peach rings, jelly beans, wine gums, jelly snakes, fried eggs and giant strawbs, plus jelly-filled bottles and foam-and-jelly rings.

Plenty of them are gelatine free: see vegan sweets and vegetarian sweets. If you want them sharper, try sour sweets or fizzy sweets.

Everything here is sold by the 100g scoop. Five scoops make a 500g pick and mix pouch at £8.99, ten make a 1kg pouch at £14.99, or pick nine for the nine-compartment sweet tray.
