Scoop & Bloom is a trading name of PTM Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09327661, registered office Hilton House, Block A, Lord Street, Stockport SK1 3NA. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order.

Our website invites you to place an order; it is not an offer to sell. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. Prices are in pounds sterling and delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. If we spot a pricing or description error we will contact you before dispatching.

Pick and mix is weighed by hand to the stated portion size and scooped from open stock using shared scoops and shared equipment. If you have a food allergy, please read scoopandbloom.co.uk/pages/allergen-information before ordering.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if something is faulty, damaged or not as described are not affected by anything here. Cancellation rights are set out in our return and refund policy.
