Refund policy

If anything arrives damaged, melted, incorrect or missing, email david@scoopandbloom.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will never pay return postage on a faulty or incorrect order.

Sealed packs can be returned unopened and resaleable within 14 days if you simply change your mind. You pay the return postage and we refund the goods plus the standard delivery charge.

Pick and mix pouches and sweet trays are filled by hand to your own choices after you order, so they count as goods made to your specification and cannot be returned once dispatched. If you spot a mistake before we pack it, email us straight away and we will change or cancel it.
